3. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms

Netlogic Media offers a mobile messaging program to provide project updates, service notifications, and marketing alerts to users who have opted-in.

Users who opt in must be 18+ years old, or older.

• Program Description: Upon opting in, users can expect to receive automated or manual text messages regarding account activity, project milestones, support responses, and occasional promotional offers from Netlogic Media.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
